Abraham Levy, the Managing Partner of the firm is well-known in the commercial, business  law and property field having acted for a variety of landlords, developers, banks and major construction companies. He has also always enjoyed a very creative and constructive side to the law by assisting numerous local and international clients in the set up of new ventures and businesses. He has a wide international client base and has successfully developed an area of private client work for the firm.

Sunil is an LLB (Hons) Graduate from Cardiff University. He completed the Bar Professional Training Course at Cardiff Law School (Cardiff University). Sunil was called to the Bar of England and Wales by the Honourable Society of the Middle Temple in October 2013 and was subsequently Called to the Bar in Gibraltar in January 2014. Sunil also holds a Masters in Law (LLM) after specialising in Mediation in Civil Litigation which he obtained in 2015 from Cardiff University, having studied part-time.

Sunil joined Attias & Levy as an Associate Barrister in November 2013 and has a busy and varied practice in the fields of civil and commercial litigation, property and private client.

Sunil’s litigation practice includes insolvency, civil fraud, trust-related claims, landlord and tenant matters, debt and contractual disputes and appears (with and without counsel) in the Business Licensing Tribunal, the Housing Tribunal, Supreme Court of Gibraltar and the Court of Appeal within this context. Sunil also assists the Corporate / Commercial team in transactional work.

His property / real estate work involves assisting and advising clients on the sale and purchase of property in Gibraltar (conveyancing) – both residential and commercial, the drafting and negotiation of leases, acting for developers, acting for banks and building societies in relation to mortgages, financing and security over premises in Gibraltar on a variety of developments. He also acts for a number of purchasers on off-plan projects.

Maria de los Angeles Torbio Miguel is a Spanish lawyer who specialises in Spanish Civil, Criminal, Commercial, Corporate and Administrative matters. She also has over ten years experience advising clients in Company law and in property transactions relating to both residential and commercial properties.

Imogen specialises in general civil litigation. Her areas of expertise are personal injury, clinical negligence and employment law. She is also regularly instructed in family, criminal, debt recovery and landlord and tenant matters.


Imogen read Theology at Durham University before completing the Graduate Diploma in Law and Bar Professional Training Course at BPP Law School. She was called to the Bar of England and Wales by the Honourable Society of Middle Temple. Imogen began her Gibraltar training contract in September 2018, in which she trained in litigation, corporate commercial and private client work, and qualified as a lawyer in Gibraltar in February 2020.


Prior to working in Gibraltar, Imogen worked as a Trainee Advocate in a nationwide UK Law firm. This involved appearing on behalf of clients in various courts in the North of England. She also worked as an Assisting Prosecuting Officer for the Military’s Prosecution Authority.

Jemma specialises in general litigation. She also has experience in sports law and has advised on matters before the Court of Arbitration for Sport in Switzerland and previously worked as in-house legal counsel at Brentford Football Club.

Jemma is a member of the Honourable Society of the Inner Temple and was admitted to the Bar of England & Wales in 2015 and to the Gibraltar Bar in 2021. She read Politics and International Relations at The University of Exeter and holds a master’s degree in Conflict, Security and Development from King’s College London. Jemma completed the GDL and BPTC at The University of Law Bloomsbury and later obtained the Professional Certificate of Competence in Gibraltar Law from the University of Gibraltar. Jemma is also an alumna of Sabanci University in Turkey and Charles University in the Czech Republic.

In addition to her Gibraltar practice, Jemma is also a door tenant at 33 Bedford Row in London.
